We build your corporation in an environment just for your company, in AWS Madrid, with its own encryption key, and connect it to the tools you authorise.

How AI usage works

No surprises on your invoice

Your team runs on AI models, and every task has a usage cost. Your plan includes a monthly allowance to cover it. And unless you change something, you’ll never pay more than your subscription.

  • Allowance included— a month on Standard and — on Enterprise, plus — for each extra agent.
  • Alert at 80%When you’ve used 80% of your allowance, we let you know by email and in your dashboard.
  • If it runs out, your team pausesBy default, your usage limit equals your allowance. If you use it all, your team stops using AI until your allowance renews next month. Nothing is lost: pending requests resume as soon as there’s allowance again.
  • Want it to keep working? Raise your limitYou decide whether to raise your limit and by how much. Only then is usage above your allowance billed, at what the AI provider charges us plus —, and never beyond your new limit.

What people usually ask

What exactly is SIcorp?

A team of AI executives for your company: an Assistant who coordinates, and specialists in finance, marketing, legal, technology, sales and other areas who work together and ask for your OK before anything important.

How is it different from ChatGPT or other AI assistants?

An assistant answers what you ask, one question at a time. SIcorp works like an organisation: it splits the work between specialists, remembers your company, tracks deadlines and follows your approval rules.

Can it spend money or send something on my behalf without my knowing?

No. By default, any spending, sending, publishing or signing needs your OK. You set the rules and who approves what.

Where is my data?

In an environment exclusive to your company in AWS Madrid, encrypted with your own key. AI models are used through Amazon Bedrock inside the European Union.

Is my data used to train AI?

No. Neither we nor the model providers use your data to train models (Amazon Bedrock does not use your inputs or outputs for training).

Does it replace my accountant, my lawyer or my team?

No. It takes preparation and follow-up work off their plate. Anything the law requires a professional to sign is still signed by that professional, and you make the decisions.

Which tools does it connect to?

The ones you authorise. We agree the specific integrations with you when we set up your corporation.

Can I change specialists later?

Yes. Switch specialists on and off and add Project Managers as your needs change. Each specialist or Project Manager takes up one of your plan’s agents; if you need more, each extra agent adds — to your AI allowance.

How long does setup take?

We confirm it in our first conversation, depending on the specialists and connections you need.

What is the AI usage allowance?

It’s the AI usage included in your subscription each month: — on Standard and — on Enterprise, plus — for each extra agent. Unused allowance does not roll over to the next month.

What happens if I use it all?

We alert you at 80%. If you reach 100%, your team pauses until your allowance renews, without losing any requests. If you’d rather it kept working, you can raise your usage limit from your dashboard.

Could I end up paying more than expected?

No, unless you choose to. By default your limit equals your allowance and there are no extra charges. Only if you raise your limit is usage above your allowance billed, at what the AI provider charges us plus —, and never beyond the limit you set.

Which languages does it work in?
